Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. We will send your order to you next day, or Saturday as you select in the checkout. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes Returns Policy All items including ‘Sale’ items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of an RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). To return an item please email returns@tetburygalleryboutique.com with your order reference as the subject. The email should be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the goods with a brief explanation why you are returning the goods. Once we have issued the RAN you have seven days to return the item. Please write clearly the RAN on the outside of the parcel.We will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, we advise customers to also check goods on receipt, and definitely before removing the tags. TGB will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at the time of posting from our office. TGB will refund the original card used for the purchase within 7 days of TGB receiving the returned items, further to the normal quality checks and that the tags have not been removed. The refund includes the full value of the items returned including UK sales taxes but excluding shipping. TGB is not liable for the cost of returning an item. Exchange an Item Please follow the ‘ Returns Policy’ for the item you would like to exchange and complete the Returns Item form sent with your purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Please include your receipt with the item. Please Note When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
